Astrotex responded to a water leak in our attic and dispatched a tech named Andres. Super friendly and polite and got us up and going in no time. This company is very responsive and we use them again!

I called Astrotex because our AC went out. Thankfully their dispatcher was able to fit us in their already booked day. Our hvac technician was Paul. He showed up on time, was friendly, patient and clean. Our family appreciated everything he was able to do for us. I would highly this company and the hvac technician. Thank you ASTROTEX!!!!

Paul was an expert in all parts of the job. from customer service to technical knowledge. he knew the product and exactly where to go. i will definitley use Astrotex and Paul in the future. thanks for the quick response to Michelle.

Product or service reviewed: Fan Motor and Capacitator replaced
The motor and capacitator were defective in my Carrier outside unit. I was fortunate to get Paul Jackson as a technician. He gets what it takes to give great customer service. Fortunately these parts were under warranty. Paul made it just under the wire to get the parts before closing time on a Friday. He returned and installed the new parts. He spend time helping me understand HVAC systems more. I'll reach back out to him the next time I need it, hopefully not too soon.

I was so pleased with Astro-Tex! Everyone that contacted me and kept me informed were so polite and worked with me and my crazy schedule. Christian and Freddy were so nice, on time, and went the extra mile to help me. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and in fact saved me a couple of hundred dollars from my quote. I will be recommending them to my friends!

Astro-Tex is the absolute best! I would recommend them to anyone needing AC service or installation. The owners are the absolute best and the technicians and office staff are top notch. You wont be disappointed.

After a long hot day, Astro Tex technicians, Pat & Billy showed up ready, willing and able to rescue our broken AC unit. We are grateful for the professional, hard working Astro Tex technicians like Paul & Billy who render life saving help from the sweltering Houston heat. Thank you Astro Tex!!

I would like to give a shout out to Michelle and Manuel for the great work to get my ac back working. she made sure a tech would show up the same day we talked. he diagnosed the problem quickly and had it up and running in an hour. both were very professional and service oriented. I will continue to use astro tex in the future.
